My name is Jennifer Dubernas. I founded Simple Twist Inc., a small, independent consulting firm specializing in assisting organizations addressing today’s complex work issues through human-centric, creative systems thinking. I work at all elevations in the organization, though executive support is crucial for overcoming challenges and resistance to change. My innovation, human empathy, creativity, systems design thinking, and strategic insight skills are essential for Industry 5.0 success.

I specialize in dynamic, interconnected ecosystems, improving cross-organization connection, business clarity and understanding, identification of risks and innovation opportunities, and creating collaborative North Star visions and strategic roadmaps, that are desirable, feasible, and viable. Then for business priorities, I support programming, training and education on new paradigms, and iterative experimentation, improving things for the greater good.

As a trusted executive business advisor, I can take either a holistic ecosystem-driven approach, or can hone in on a specific component to prove value and build momentum - it depends how quickly leadership wants to move the needle. I work at both strategic and business management levels. I seek cross-organization engagement.
