Improve communication, understanding, and alignment by creating North Star vision (H1/H2/H3). Illustrate the who, what, why, when, and how. Identify the strategic roadmap to go from current to future state. Continuously update with lessons learned.

SOLUTION DEVELOPMENT

Drive the iterative development of innovative solutions. They can be ecosystems, operational approaches and processes, customer experiences, or complex solutions or products. This effort can range from a proof-of-concept to a global, real-world build.

EVALUATIVE VALIDATION

Measure and validate as soon, and as often, as possible. Ensure the new or improved solution meets the needs of business and/or customer. Discover additional insights to influence future solution enhancements or potentially the direction of the business.

MAXIMIZATION & SCALE

Continue to develop the solution in parallel with the North Star vision. Create education and training for operations (playbook), and system standards and guidelines for cohesion, to efficiently scale and grow the business.
